Services

Mohammad Haris Abdullah LLC provides custom software development services, including Unity development, VR/AR applications, simulations, game development, backend systems, APIs, and technical integrations.

Project Scope

Each project is governed by an agreed proposal, statement of work, invoice, contract, or written communication that defines deliverables, timelines, fees, milestones, acceptance criteria, and support terms.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, required assets, platform access, third-party account access when needed, and any permissions necessary for the company to perform the agreed work.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of source code, project assets, licenses, third-party components, and deliverables is handled according to the written project agreement. Third-party software remains subject to its own license terms.

Limitations

The company provides services according to the agreed scope. It is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete requirements, third-party outages, platform restrictions, unavailable client assets, or changes outside the agreed scope.
